Our summer camp program is more than a camp: it is a comprehensive approach to horsemanship even if you have never ridden a horse before. We teach both riding and horse care skills in a fun, farm environment. You will train daily with one of the area’s finest instructors and each day will bring a new adventure. The morning will start with a mounted lesson on one of our horses. After that, there is the joy of learning about our big friends from the ground. Riders will learn about all aspects of horsemanship: from basic and show grooming, to feeding, hoof care and veterinary care.
Horsemanship camp is not all about what you can learn, but most of all it's great fun. We will be cooking homemade horse treats, have grooming contests, games on horseback, and get to know all of the other animals at True Blue Farm!

Camp begins the week after Sarasota County schools are out for summer break, and runs each week until the week before Sarasota County schools resume.
Monday-Friday from 9:00 am - 4:00 pm
A week of camp (Mon-Fri) is $350. Daily camp is $80.
We accept checks, cash, or Venmo. Camp spots MUST be paid in advance to be reserved.
All campers should bring sunscreen, a lunch & snack, and plenty to drink.
